Diana and Larisa put their crafts and inspirations together to express the experience of transcendence and elevation through musical compositions and vibrant coloques. Diana Chelaru (www.dianachelaru.com) is a Romanian painter established in New York area since more than ten years ago. Diana explores the rhythm of shapes and uses brilliant colours creating paintings which through their vibrant and bright textures and stylised drawing remind us the art of mosaic.
Larisa Hancu (www.larisahancu.com) is a Romanian painter recently established in Paris after she spend more than 10 years in Madrid. Larisa explores passionately and methodically the spiritual world. Being a trained psychologist and relentlessly studying religious traditions, Larisa's paintings reflect the quest for beauty and wonder, rapture and elevation. The atmosphere of her works bring a spiritual presence and confronts us with truth.
